Bhakt Akhyan

Bhakt Akhyan is a compilation of jivan charitras of five great bhaktos, written by Pu. Gyanjivandasji Swami.  The first edition was published in 2013 and second edition in 2016.  The Bhaktos comprise of Joban Pagi, who was a thief; Rudiyo Rakhdu, who was also a thief and friend of Joban Pagi; Bhaga Doshi, who was an extremely wealthy individual; Shivlal Sheth, who was the son of Bhaga Doshi, and who due to his immense seva for Maharaj went to Akshardham at the ripe age of 43; and Galuji, whose unconditional faith in Maharaj protected him from life threatening events.  This compilation of jivan charitras demonstrates that true Bhaktos can come from all walks of life.  Furthermore, regardless of the actions they may have committed in the past, everyone has the capacity to become great haribhakt.  Pu. Gyanjivandasji Swami's Bhakt Akhyan exemplifies that devotion towards Maharaj is possible for everyone and it guides us through the journey of how the devotion towards Maharaj came into existence for these great Bhaktos.
